New Room Arrangement

Earlier last month, I’ve mentioned about rearranging my room. It’s finally complete. Actually, I shouldn’t say that because the ideal result would include repainting which didn’t happen. Anyway, my current room isn’t arranged in the way I drafted. Well, it’s a bit difficult to describe the new look in words, so just check out the photos here.

The desks are new which I bought from Ikea. It’s a self-made L shaped desk created from two 100cm x 60cm tops. Initially, I was thinking if it was possible to reduced the number legs required. My sister suggested that I attached the two tops with a plywood. After consulting with my dad, I decided to buy all 8 legs first and if attaching works out, I would return the unused ones. Things turned out a bit ironic when the cashier only charged me for 4 legs after she explicitly counted 8 of them out loud. Since I’ve saved $20 + tax for the 4 legs, I might as well just put them all on. It’ll give me more flexibility as to how to arrange the desks since they won’t be connected.
