Room Renovations

I’ve been thinking of renovating my room lately. I mainly want to get a bigger desk and an armchair. Since my current desk just barely fits the space between my door and my closet door, a bigger desk will need a new location. I’ve thought of two new layouts.

I like the left layout a bit more but it deviates from my current setup quite a bit and will involve a lot of moving around. Right layout is easier to setup but the empty space in the room is going to be separated by the bed. I checked out Ikea, Staples, Walmart, and The Brick. Ikea is still what’s suits me the best, economical and style wise. Other than new furnitures, I also want to repaint my room. The current colour of my room is a pastel-like purple which really looks like PINK. For those that knows me will know how much I HATE pink. And generally I’ve gotten tired of purple as well. I want to have a more solid-type colour instead of pastel paint. I still need to give that a good thought so painting will likely come at a later time.
