Laptop Upgrades Completed..
July 31, 2007 - 14.38..for now. The upgrades I had envisioned for my laptop, which became my primary computer since the death of my desktop last winter. New additions include 1GB of RAM, 250GB external hard drive, and external DVD burner. All the extra USB cables that are connecting to the laptop makes me wonder if I should be getting a USB hub for them.
Current Specs of the laptop:
Intel Core Duo L2400 @ 1.66GHz
1.5GB DDR2 667MHz RAM ( 1 x 512MB and 1 x 1024MB )
40GB Internal Hard drive
250GB External Hard drive
External LG DVD-RW Drive
Mobile Intel 945GM Chipset (Intel GMA 950)
12.1″ primary display @ 1024 x 768
17″ LG LCD extend desktop @ 1280 x 1024
Only part I wish I can upgrade but can’t is the video card. The integrated Intel graphics is not exactly the ideal card for any game play. But maybe that will limit my spending in that respect.
